About Us
Alex Henney
Alex is 29. Currently lives in Fulham, London, and works for an independent firm of stockbrokers called Redburn Partners. Having destroyed his anterior cruciate ligament late last year playing rugby, Alex has been in a fitness race in order to be well enough to take part in the race. Fortunately he’s won - well, we’re not sure whether it’s that fortunate for his other team mates!
Emlyn Evans
Emlyn, the instigator of this whole crazy idea, is 26 and lives in Leamington. Emlyn runs his own business, The Squab Group, focusing on business support services. Em wasn’t given much of a head start in life - small, ginger, and Welsh. However, he’s made a lot out of it - representing his country on the hockey pitch, and building his business into a phenomenal Empire.
John Barker
John is 29, lives in Leamington, and works for HSBC as a national agricultural bank manager for the UK. John has been brought in as “hired help” for the trip....basically the fear of Polar bears have forced Emlyn & Alex to invite John into the team. No self respecting Bear will even think of attacking the team if John is involved, primarily for fear of the fact that it might have “bitten off more than it can chew”.
